We are a truly specialized conversation agency: our roots are in Action Sports and our branches spread all over the Social Media graph.
We are entirely focused on innovative, creative and effective Social Media marketing and communications to help brands, athletes, events broaden their social footprint and build authentic relationships with fans.

With offices in Geneva, Switzerland, and Paris, France, BROADER is led by Nico Fermont and Ignace Blanco.

  • Nico had the opportunity to travel quite a bit as a kid and student, moving around every 2 to 3 years from one European city to another (Zurich, Milan, London, Zagreb, Dortmund, Paris, Grenoble, Lyon, Ljubljana have been checked on his list). Discovering cultures, learning languages and meeting lots of cool people was part of the game. But going to the mountains has always been part of his life and when snowboarding hit his home resort of Leysin in the early 90’s he got totally addicted. Now based in Geneva, Nico is also the founder and editor-in-chief of SnowBroader.eu, a 100% snowboard, hosted blogging service exclusively available for premium partners such as brands, riders, film production crews, photographers, events, contests, and resorts/snowparks.   • Ignace started skateboarding before he even knew how to walk. Growing up in Grenoble, the French snowboarding mecca, he naturally strapped onto a board a few years later. With a French mum and a Spanish dad, Ignace got hooked on traveling which led him to studying a year in Buenos Aires, Argentina and working 4 years in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Currently based in Paris, Ignace is a solid asset having gained serious experience in web project management and community building as Renault F1 Team web manager. Ignace can be reached through
